CHAD AHERN

LEARNER | DELIBERATIVE | RESPONSIBILITY | HARMONY | ANALYICAL

Chad is a Strengths-based coach who works with mission- driven team leaders, individuals, and work teams so they can be engaged, aligned, productive, and profitable in their work; while reducing employee turnover. He’s certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach, an e2Grow High Performing Team and High Performing Leader coach, and holds a master’s degree in Administration, with a focus on human resources. Chad brings a thorough, conscientious, and data-driven coaching approach that incorporates coaching lessons from his athletic experiences as a current, licensed US Youth Soccer Coach for the Colchester Youth Soccer Club (CYSC) and a passionate basketball player. Raised in New Hampshire and now a long-time resident of Vermont, Chad has a passion for developing engaged workplaces and employees across New England. He’s intent on building a new generation of leaders who focus on and develop what’s right with people so that there are more actively engaged workers (and workplaces) for future generations. Chad has worked with leaders and teams from several industries, including: higher education, non-profits, housing & development, grocers, early childhood education, digital marketing, business consultants, and information technology.

JENNIFER WERNER

Jen is a personal coach with a focus on career development for individuals. Her passion leads her to those who feel like outsiders, are minorities in their role, or struggle to ‘fit in’. Utilizing her personal talents and shared ‘outsider’ persona, she enjoys helping others discover how they are unique and how to best leverage that uniqueness for individual and team success. She is certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach and e2grow High Performing Team coach. As a woman working in primarily male roles within the Architecture/Design and Construction fields, a Strengths- Based coach who holds degrees in Architecture and Facility Management, and a current digital nomad, Jen knows first-hand what it's like to be different. Her desire is to assist individuals in embracing what makes them unique, exceptional, and powerful in their role. Her motto: Be Uniquely You. As a Strengths Coach Jen's clients have ranged from individuals to teams, to full organizations of 100+ people, and have spanned many industries, including: administration, architecture, automotive manufacturing, education, corporate sales, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, and real estate management.
