You and your team want to make a big impact. You're a small team where people need to wear many hats. Each team member needs to be ideally placed, partner with the right people in the right ways, and not burnout in the process.
Strengths-based team coaching is the answer.
With nearly 20 years of experience in higher education and involvement with multiple non-profits, I understand that challenges of trying to accomplish big impact with limited resources. By utilizing a Strengths-based approach and Gallup, Inc.'s® research on building teams, I can help you and your team understand what each team member ideal contribution can and should be...regardless of their organizational position.
"Although individuals need not be well-rounded, [high performing] teams should be."
My Coaching Promise
I promise to learn about each team member as a unique contributor, offer thoughtful questions, and help you identify patterns you might not yet be aware of. Above all, I'll keep the team accountable for the actions you decide to take.
3 Ideals For Our Work Together
This is about You. Your team is in the driver's seat. My coaching focuses on who you are and what changes you want to make in the way you work together. I promise to bring a fresh perspective, but will never pretend to have all the answers. Some teams hire a professional coaching thinking the coach will tell you what to do or where to go. This isn't the case when working with me.
I'm going to push you. Our coaching workshops & sessions will be collaborative; they will also include us identifying some actions that will encourage growth and change. Sometimes this will feel uncomfortable. I will provide you encouragement and a gentle nudge to embrace these changes.
I'm excited for your success. Change can be tough, but in the end it will be worth it. I'll be right beside your team, cheering on every success!
