Your Potential.

You want a solution that respects your individuality, is steeped in research, and employs a proven methodology.
Enter Strengths Based CoachingStrengths-based coaching focuses on understanding and utilizing your God-given, naturally occurring talents. Your talents are your innate ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving that be productively applied to your goals.
Many of us discount these talents because they are just "who we are." They're our go-to ways of operating in the world. We think everyone thinks and works the same we do. Working together, we'll use the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify your talents, assess what skills and knowledge you have or would like to acquire, and develop a plan so you can invest in cultivating your Strengths! Instead of trying to fix "what's wrong," we focus on what is right. |

Strengths Camp
We'll start by working through everything presented in your CliftonStrengths® reports. This typically includes:
- Understanding which parts of your reports resonate, and which parts don't feel like you.
- Exploring how your talents have shown up for you in the past (studying past excellence is often a really good indicator of how you live your "special blend" of talents.)
- Answering any questions you might have, based on leading research from Gallup, Inc.
Strengths Scouting
Next, we dive deeper into how you're living your talents right now. We'll start to address questions like,
- Where are your talents helping or hindering you?
- What's causing you to reacting the way that you are to certain people or events?
Strengths Game Time
We really start looking at the application of your talents, and how you can develop them going forward.
- How do you use your unique blend of talents to address your goals?
- How can you find opportunities to develop your talents into Strengths by combining them with the right set of skills and knowledge?
- What talent partnerships can you establish with others to complement your talents or fill-in your talent gaps?
