Hi, I'm Chad Ahern...

I'm a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who helps New England-based individuals and teams become & remain engaged in their work by knowing and bringing their talents to their work. My coaching approach incorporates lessons & approaches I've learned in professional settings, as a certified USA Youth Soccer Coach, and from the basketball court.

When I'm not coaching professionals, I'm raising my two sons with my wife; playing basketball and coaching youth soccer with the Colchester Youth Soccer Club.
